Please join the Push Pop in our fundraising effort for the Oral History of Ice Cream. Our largest project to date, The Push Pop Collective’s 'Oral History of Ice Cream’ is a mobile, interdisciplinary performative work. Driving across the United States in a customized ice cream truck the Push Pops will provide free ice cream to residents of New Orleans, Santa Fe, San Francisco, Portland and Seattle as they collect an audio archive of American ice cream stories during the summer of 2012. The trip will culminate in a workshop at Reel Grrls Seattle, a non-profit for empowering young women through media production.
We are proud to announce that our recent fiscal sponsorship by the New York Foundation for the Arts makes your donation to the project fully tax deductible.
Help make The Push Pop’s Oral History of Ice Cream a utopian reality by donating online through our Artspire profile with NYFA.
